The KMS Log Integration Agent is a server-side automated agent
that serves two primary functions. The first function is a server-side
synchronization agent to auomatically transfer and perform data
integrity processes on data from remote devices to the KMS-Enterprise
Server. The second function is to securely and efficiently update
the data on connector systems.
KMS LIA automatically initiates a synchronization session whenever
it is scheduled by the administrator from a variety of digital or
analog sources (e.g. WAN, 802.11, Wi-fi, Modem, etc) or can be configured
to initiate the synchronization upon user request.
KMS LIA transacts with the KMS-Enterprise Server to upload and
download information. It maintains data and transaction integrity
during upload and downloads.
