eAgile Self-Service Business Solution Software |
Delphi’s eAgile client software was developed to operate on any Windows, Linux-based, or mobile web-enabled device. The eAgile application architecture controls the operation of terminal devices and their applications, delivers the appropriate user-friendly web page interfaces to guide consumers through a particular transaction, and controls the communications with the adaptive infrastructure network to process transactions on an automated, real-time basis. The eAgile solution provides a customizable application composed of two parts: a graphical user interface (GUI) to host web pages and a web server to host the infrastructure. The GUI wraps the interface and provides connectivity to peripherals, such as a display screen, credit and smart card readers, cash acceptors, printers, cameras and other input/output devices. The web pages that compose the user experience are built using .NET (page creation and connection to back office), JavaScript (page-level client-side logic), XML, XHTML and HTML. The main purpose of the software is to provide an extremely user-friendly interface between a consumer and services. |

eAgile Self-Service Application Architecture |
The eAgile service network uses the latest and most advanced technology for back office systems, and its 32-bit multithreaded and distributed solution provides the flexibility and scalability to support tens of thousands of terminals and a wide variety of transactions. The flexibility of the eAgile architecture enables rapid implementation of services and emerging applications. This capability provides Delphi with a unique opportunity to implement transaction applications in a turnkey environment acting as an intermediary and transaction processor between consumers and providers of products and services – delivering flexible self-service, automated point-of-sale transactions. Delphi does not create markets; rather it leverages established markets that are logically evolving to automated distribution channels.

eAgile Self-Service Terminals |
The Company developed the eAgile terminal to facilitate the automated distribution of its eAgile Services during its initial marketing stage and until other Windows- or Linux-based, web-enabled terminals employing eAgile client software become widely deployed in merchant locations. The eAgile terminal is designed to accept cash, currency, credit (and debit) cards, and smart cards as forms of payment, thereby enabling self-service automation of the entire point-of-sale transaction process. In addition, the Company has integrated its eAgile software into commercially available Windows and Linux-based point-of-sale OEM terminals. This enables the Company to provide an even lower-cost entry point to merchants seeking to automate the delivery of services to consumers while maintaining control over consumer payments at the counter. |
